Elizabeth Schmitt Freire

possui graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1997), mestrado em Psicologia Clinica pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2000) e doutorado em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2006). Atualmente é professora e pesquisadora do programa de doutorado em Counselling Psychology da Universidade de Strathclyde, na Escócia. É membro do corpo editorial e editora de resenhas da revista 'Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapies'. Seu campo de atuação e pesquisa é a psicoterapia centrada na pessoa.
