Jnanabrata Bhattacharyya

Possui doutorado em Química Organica (Química de Produtos Naturais) pela Universidade de Calcuta, Índia (1964). Atuou como professor visitante da Universidade Federal da Paraíba na pós-graduação de Produtos Naturais e Sintéticos Bioativos, tendo como principal projeto de pesquisa o estudo químico para o isolamento de alcalóides de Solanum (Solanaceae). Além disso, atua como "referee" das Revistas: Natural Products Communications, African Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology e Revista Brasileira de Farmacognosia.
