Juliana Froehlich

PhD. Scholar in Film Studies at the Visual and Digital Cultures Research Center at the University of Antwerp ? Belgium, with CAPES Scholarship. She is currently researching on avant-garde, abstraction and experimental practices in both visual arts and cinema. She has published on contemporary art methods and presented at conferences about the relations between visual arts and cinema. Juliana has a Master degree in Aesthetic and History of Art from University of Sao Paulo and has a Psychology degree from the same university. Exchange program at Paris 8 University, France. Has experience in Visual Arts (fine arts, vídeo and cinema) with emphasis in Critics and Theory in Visual Arts.
